<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a galvanized steel sheet, which can stably manufacture the galvanized steel sheet having superior press moldability even in a short period of time, and to provide the galvanized steel sheet having the superior press moldability. <P>SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the galvanized steel sheet includes: galvanizing a steel sheet; bringing the surface of the steel sheet in contact with an aqueous solution which contains zinc ions in a range of 5 to 100 g/l in terms of the concentration of the zinc ions, has a pH of 4 to 6, and has a liquid temperature of 20 to 70°C; subsequently holding the galvanized steel sheet for 1 to 60 minutes; washing the galvanized steel sheet with water; and drying the galvanized steel sheet. The solution containing zinc preferably contains, for instance, the sulfate of zinc. Thereby, an oxide layer which has an average thickness of 10 nm or more and contains zinc as a main component is formed on the surface of the steel sheet, and the problem is solved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
