<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device which stabilizes a frequency by preventing a piezoelectric oscillation element from being brought into contact within a recessed space of a container at all times. <P>SOLUTION: A piezoelectric device includes: a container including a recessed space formed from a substrate part and a frame part; a piezoelectric oscillation element which is mounted on a piezoelectric oscillation element mounting pad, that is provided at the substrate part within the recessed space, using conductive adhesives and includes an excitation electrode; and a cover body for air-tightly sealing the recessed space. The piezoelectric oscillation element mounting pad includes a bump that extends in a shorter side direction of the container so as to be eccentric to the center side of the container, and the conductive adhesives are formed to a width direction half of an upper surface of the bump. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
