<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner for improving heating feeling (comfort), reducing accumulation of drainage, and preventing generation of slime. <P>SOLUTION: This air conditioner includes a blower 2, a heat exchanger 3, a drainage receiving pan 5 disposed at a lower part of the heat exchanger 3 and receiving the drainage, a front face-side supply opening 1b for supplying the air exchanging heat in the heat exchanger 3, and a movable panel 9 for adjusting the direction of the air supplied from the front face-side supply opening 1b. In the heating operation, the front face supply opening 1b is closed by the movable panel 9, a movable-side drainage receiving pan 5a at a leeward side of the heat exchanger 3, of the drainage receiving pan 5 is moved to a heat exchanger 3 side from a front face supply opening 1b side, so that the air exchanging heat in the heat exchanger 3 is supplied from a second supply opening 13 formed downward, and the air heated by the heat exchanger 3 is supplied from a second supply opening 13 opened downward, thus the air does not stay near a ceiling, and the heating feeling (comfort) is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
