摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser welding structure capable of consistently performing the welding even when any butting or lapping gap is present by using laser beams of low output to the laser welding of metals of high laser beam reflectance to each other. <P>SOLUTION: In the laser welding structure having a lapped portion in which a first member and a second member are lapped each other, the first member icnludes a fore end face on the lapped portion, and the fore end face is formed at the angle of substantially 135°with respect to a surface of the second member continuous to a contact surface of the lapped portion. In the welding structure of the laser beam of low output, the position of application of the laser beam received by the fore end face of the first member is substantially orthogonal to the fore end face. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
