PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output information necessary for a defect analysis to a dump file while reducing the size of a dump file. SOLUTION: The priority of each memory region is determined based on an address stored in a register 140, an address stored in trace information 112 (address stored in the register 140), or an update flag or a reference flag in a page management table 150, and information stored in the memory region is compressed in the order of the determined priority, and output the compressed information to a dump file 123.
