PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to securely confirm a voice recorded in an animation, even when a portable device is used outdoors to reproduce the animation recoded with the voice. SOLUTION: A CPU 24 stops an audio output from a speaker 27 when a first audio waveform-display mode is selected after an animation file to be reproduced is selected, and displays on an LCD 14 the audio waveform based on audio data together with the animation based on video data. The audio waveform V2 based on the audio data is shifted in the futural direction of the temporal axis together with the animation based on the video data if some time lag exists both in the image and the voice, based on a focal-distance information on imaging and it is displayed on the LCD 14. Further, the image corresponding to the audio data including a selected sound region is reproduced, when the audio waveform is developed into an audio spectrum and the sound region according to the audio spectrum is selected by the user.
