PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control usage functions of a mobile phone terminal according to the contents of a service contract for wireless communication. SOLUTION: The terminal memory of a wireless communication terminal stores an information concerning active/nonactive status of a wireless communication part and an additional function operation part, and a terminal control section controls the wireless communication part and the additional function operation part according to the information concerning the active/nonactive status. The module memory of a subscriber authentication module stores files including the contents of a service contract for wireless communication. A subscriber information control server of a wireless communication network sends a service control information concerning the subscriber authentication module to the wireless communication terminal. The terminal control part stores an information indicating active/nonactive status in the terminal memory, on the basis of the information concerning the contract contents stored in the module memory part or the service control information in the case where the service control information is received from the subscriber information control server, and accordingly it controls the wireless communication part and the additional function operation part.
