PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid control device further improved in assembling work efficiency. SOLUTION: A female screw portion is provided on a sliding member 13 which is slidable along guide grooves 11a, 11b of fixed rails 11, 12. The lower part of a headless bolt 15 is screwed into the female screw portion, and the upper part of the headless bolt 15 is protruded from the upper faces of the fixed rails 11, 12. A bolt insertion hole 1b of a movable rail 1 is fitted to a protruded portion of the headless bolt 15, and a cap nut 18 is screwed to the upper end of the headless bolt 15.
