PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlocking mechanism of a double-hinged lid which is decreased in size and weight as compared with a conventional mechanism, and excellent at saving a space. SOLUTION: The interlocking mechanism of the double-hinged lid wherein a pair of lids 2A, 2B is made from a double-hinged structure, and opening/closing a main body 1 side corresponding portion with rotations of each other, is provided with a pair of gears 30 respectively provided at rotating centers of the lids 2A, 2B. Of the gears 30, one gear 30, and a reversing gear 35 meshing with the other gear 30 and changing a rotating direction of the gear are respectively engaged with a bow-shaped gear member 4, thereby interlocking the pair of the lids.
