PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary seat for a vehicle achieving simplification. SOLUTION: The rotating of both the bearing surface variable angle links 141, 142 by the use of a drive motor 72, brings the free margins of both the bearing surface variable angle links 141, 142 to displacement in the fore-and-aft direction, while entailed by the shift, in the fore-and-aft direction, of a rear link bracket 152 supported on both the bearing surface variable angle links 141, 142 and of a movable portion 32 supported on the rear link bracket 152. This shift in the fore-and-aft direction is accompanied by the rotation of a front link 61 supported on the front rotating shaft 55 of a base 31, while the front end part of the movable portion 32 supported on the free margin of the front link 61 is displaced in longitudinal direction. This enables, through the use of a single drive motor 72, the tilt and rotation of the bearing surface 16 of a seat cushion 15 supported on the movable portion 32. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
