PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing device of machining waste liquid capable of cooling a spindle unit by utilizing pure water temperature adjusting means of the processing device of machining waste liquid. SOLUTION: The processing device of machining waste liquid is disposed adjacent to a processing device having a processing means equipped with a spindle unit 22, and used for processing the machining waste liquid generated by processing. The processing device includes a heat exchanger 74 for adjusting a temperature of pure water purified through a waste liquid filtering means and a pure water generating means to a prescribed temperature; a cooling unit 73 for cooling a cooling liquid introduced to the heat exchanger; a cooling liquid tank 71 for storing the cooling liquid introduced to the cooling unit; a cooling liquid feeding pump 72 for feeding the cooling liquid stored in the cooling liquid tank to the cooling unit; a first piping 75 for introducing the cooling liquid passed through the heat exchanger to the spindle unit; and a second piping 76 for returning the cooling liquid introduced to the spindle unit for cooling the spindle unit.
