摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm electrical continuity between mechanism parts of an electronic information device by use of mechanism CAD data. SOLUTION: A part attribute setting part 1 sets, for each mechanism part given as CAD data, additive attribute showing its material and whether it is a base part that is an electric base in addition to part information showing its shape, dimension and position. A metal part extraction part 2 extracts each mechanism part the material of which is metal, and classifies and registers it in a base part table 4 or an object part table 5 that is an object of connection determination. A connection state determination part 6 determines whether each object part is connected/contact with the base part to each object part according to the part information, registers a connected/contact one in the base part table 4 as the base part, and a non-connect/contact one in a no-connection part table 8.
