摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of measuring the rotational deflection amount of a hollow cylindrical printing cylinder easily in a short time. SOLUTION: This rotational deflection amount measuring device 1 is equipped with: an upper taper cone 10 to be inserted into a mounting hole 21 on the upper end face of the printing cylinder 2; a lower taper cone 11 to be inserted into a mounting hole 21 on the lower end face; an upper taper cone insertion means 12 for inserting the upper taper cone 10 in a pressurized state; a stage 13 for placing the printing cylinder 2 thereon; a stage lifting means 14 for lifting the stage 13 so that a lifted position of the stage 13 agrees with an upper surface position of the lower taper cone 11; a cylinder rotation means 14 for rotating the printing cylinder 2 by rotating the lower taper cone 11; and a plurality of displacement measuring means 16 for measuring displacement of the circumferential surface of the printing cylinder 2, and outputting each measured value.
