PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire extinguisher nozzle allowing an operator to easily hold, even if a release pressure of fire extinguishing water is enhanced for extending the range of the fire extinguisher nozzle, and to provide a hydrant apparatus. SOLUTION: This fire extinguisher nozzle 60 is provided with a body part 61 disposed with a deflector 80 at its distal end and formed with a channel 67 for fire extinguishing water W in its inside, and an outer tube 65 slidably provided around the outer circumference of the body part 61; and is further provided with a stepped water release means, after executing a spray water release WF at an initial stage of the water release, automatically shifting to a rod-shaped water release WS.
