SCHEDULING APPARATUS AND METHOD CONSIDERING DATA BUFFER STATUS IN MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

A scheduling apparatus considering a data buffer state in a mobile communication system and a method thereof are provided to increase the throughput by scheduling sub-bands corresponding to each resources block in consideration of data states of each terminal. Data state information is received from a base station controller(110). Information for assigning a resource block is received from terminals(120). By using the data state information and allocation information, terminals to which the resource block will be allocated are selected(130-150). The resource block for the selected terminals is included in a frame. The frame is transmitted. The allocation information is CQI(Channel Quality Information).
