A manufacturing method of a drive apparatus, a connection wiring board, and a drive apparatus using the same are provided to reduce an operation error when a motor is connected to a control board by connecting a connection wiring board to the motor without soldering. A drive apparatus includes a motor(32) and a connection wiring board(36). The motor rotates a recording medium. The connection wiring board connects the motor to a control board(34) of the motor. A wiring of one end of the connection wiring board is connected to a driving coil inside the motor. A wiring of the other end of the connection wiring board is connected to the control board of the motor. A pad part is formed in a wiring connected to the driving coil. The connection wiring board is foldable. A coating member covers a top part of the connection wiring board in order to maintain a folded state of the connection wiring board.
