A system for remotely controlling dielectric strength of a safety device is provided to determine a life, a replacing cycle, or the trouble of the safety device by analyzing and managing the dielectric strength of the safety device. One safety device or more have a unique identification number. A plurality of dielectric strength testers(100a,100b,100c) applies the voltage to the safety device and tests the dielectric strength. A remote monitor control sever(200) includes a data transceiver, a data analyzer, and a remote controller. The data transceiver transmits the remote monitor and control command to the dielectric strength tester and receives the dielectric strength data about the safety device respectively. The data analyzer analyzes the dielectric strength data about the safety device according to the analysis algorithm. The remote control unit generates the remote control command transmitted to the data transceiver and controls the data analysis of the data analyzer.
