A foldable both sides rotary roasting grill is provided to minimize the generation of carcinogenic materials and toxic gas in roasting meat by blocking that a heating source is directly contacted with the meat. A foldable both sides rotary roasting grill comprises an outer frame, a rack(13,23), upper/lower plates(10,20). The outer frame has a polygonal shape. In the rack, a fixing groove is integrally formed. A folding-jointed bracket and a pin are coupled to the fixing groove. The upper/lower plates are equipped at one side of the rack. In the upper/lower plates, a handle is formed to facilitate the movement and manipulation of the grill.
