A high expansion foam fire extinguishing facility is provided to reduce degradation of a foaming rate by increasing a contact area of foam liquid and a foaming net and by increasing the length of the foaming net protruded from an end of a main body. A high expansion foam fire extinguishing facility(B) includes a bubbler main body(1), a foaming net(2), a spinneret(3), and an in-between net(4). THE bubbler main body is formed into a cylindrical form. The foaming net is installed at an end of the main body. The spinneret is installed at a rear side of the main body. THE spinneret injects foam liquid to a radial pattern. The between net is installed between the foaming net and the spinneret. The in-between net is arranged between a droplet speed regulation area.
