A fuel feeding system for high viscosity fuel is provided to perform restart of the system easily after system shutdown by maintaining temperature of a pump peripheral part over the constant temperature. A fuel feeding system for high viscosity fuel includes a fuel storage part(100), a pump(200), a combustion part(300), a fuel transfer line(400), and a preheating part(500). The high viscosity fuel is stored in the fuel storage part. The pump transfers the stored high viscosity fuel. The combustion part burns the fuel. The fuel transfer line connects the fuel storage part, the pump or the combustion part. The preheating part includes a heat carrier storage part(510), a heating part(520), a heat carrier circulating line(530), and a control part. A heat carrier is stored in the heat carrier storage part. The heating part heats the heat carrier. The heat carrier circulating line preheats the fuel in the fuel transfer line or the pump. The control part controls the circulation amount of the heat carrier and operation of the heating part.
