<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated organic solar battery bringing out the maximum performance of an organic solar battery unit cell by highly efficient power generation in tandem manner, balanced recoupling of electron and positive hole due to ohmic junction between the organic solar battery unit cells with an intermediate layer, and sustaining high open voltage of the organic solar battery unit cell. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of organic solar battery unit cells 1 and 2, each comprising a photoelectric conversion layer 3 formed by blending a donor material 12 with an acceptor material 13, are stacked with an intermediate layer 4 therebetween, to constitute a laminated organic solar battery A. The intermediate layer 4 comprises a lithium fluoride layer 5 arranged on a positive electrode 8 side of the laminated organic solar battery A, a molybdenum oxide layer 6 arranged on a negative electrode 9 side, and a metal layer 7 arranged between the lithium fluoride layer 5 and the molybdenum oxide layer 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
