PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of improving usability, by notifying the user of the remaining usable time of a battery, and to provide a method that displays the remaining battery level. SOLUTION: The method for displaying a remaining battery level for an electronic apparatus (mobile phone 100) has at least a control part 17, a storage part 16 and an annunciation part (13 or 14) using a battery 30 as a drive source. The control part 17 measures the remaining level of the battery 30, stores power consumption amount of the battery 30 in the storage part 16 (current consumed amount table 161), estimates the time for the remaining level of a battery measured from a current remaining level to reach a predetermined level and annunciates the time to the annunciation part (13 or 14).
