PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ornamental adhesive sheet having a satisfactory metallic luster and excellent in followability to a curved surface, weatherability and chemical resistance. SOLUTION: In the ornamental adhesive sheet A, one surface of a substrate sheet 1 is integrally laminated with a metal thin film layer 3 through a urethane adhesive agent layer 2, an ink receiving sheet 4 and a coating layer 5 are integrally laminated on the metal thin film layer 3, the coating layer 5 contains an acrylic resin having a hindered amine skeleton and a benzotriazole skeleton, and the other surface of the substrate sheet 1 is integrally laminated with an adhesive agent layer 6.
