PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the assembly rigidity of an ISO-FIX bar with respect to a seat cushion frame. SOLUTION: A vehicular seat 1 has a reclining plate 7 tiltably supporting a seat back 3 and the seat cushion frame 5 supporting a seat cushion 2 as separate members, wherein the reclining plate 7 and the seat cushion frame 5 are provided each with a bolt insertion hole 19, a bar 12 for fixing a child seat has an internally-threaded portion 22a at an end portion thereof, and the reclining plate 7, the seat cushion frame 5, and the bar 12 are jointly fastened and fixed by bolts 13 which can be screwed into the internally-threaded portion 22a of the bar 12 through both of the bolt insertion holes 19 in the reclining plate 7 and the seat cushion frame 5.
