PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication network system which can effectively use a telephone number and a terminal identifier assigned to a communication terminal. SOLUTION: A communication terminal 10 transmits, to a network server 20, a communication start request including a temporary telephone number PN1 and a mobile unit identifier MSI which have been allowed to use in advance. The network server 20 authenticates the communication terminal 10 based on the mobile unit identifier MSI. At this time, the network server 20 notifies the communication terminal 10 of a telephone number PN2 required for continuous communication by the communication terminal 10.
