PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable image acquisition program and an image acquisition apparatus for evading the browsing of image data by a third person. SOLUTION: The image acquisition program of each user has: a normal mode of acquiring image data from a scanner; and a suspend mode of limiting the acquisition of the image data. Then, when the image acquisition program of a management user and the image acquisition programs of a plurality of general users are operated inside one information processor, in the case that a certain general user is to acquire an image, the image acquisition program of the general user reports the shift to the suspend mode to the image acquisition program of the management user and the image acquisition programs of the other general users. An image formation program which receives a suspend signal shifts to the suspend mode and limits the acquisition of the image data. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
