PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a vibration range form in which exciting-vibration force and vibration information (vibration characteristics) are added. SOLUTION: A design support device calculates a certain rocking range form that is flexible object model data considering cross section deformation of the flexible object, which is calculated by the exciting-vibration force and vibration information, on the basis of flexible object model data that is the data of a flexible object fixed on at least two points, vibration characteristic data that is the data on vibration characteristics of the flexible object, and exciting-vibration force data that is the data on the exciting force to the flexible object.
