PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological light measurement apparatus capable of keeping high precision in detection even when the number of channels is increased, while using the modulation of a spectrum diffusion system. SOLUTION: A modulation control part 9 alternately turns on/off a pseudo noise signal for driving the semiconductor laser 2 of the first set and a pseudo noise signal for driving the semiconductor laser 2 of the second set in order to alternately turn on/off the semiconductor laser 2 of the first set and the semiconductor laser 2 of the second set. A detector 6 alternately turns on/off the detecting part of the first set and the detecting part of the second set with referring to a signal from the modulation control part 9.
