PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device with improved connecting work efficiency between a sensor unit and a cable. SOLUTION: The measuring device includes a capable 1, having an inner conductor 1a extending from one end; a sensor unit 2, having a connector 2a for the inner conductor 1a passing therethrough; a protective member 3, formed on a chip part of the cable 1 and surrounding the projecting inner conductor 1a and the connector 2a; and a fixing means 4 removably fixing the sensor unit 2 and the protective member 3. In the fixing means 4, a projected part 4a formed on the surface of the sensor unit 2, and a recessed part 4a formed on the surface of the protective member 3 are engaged with each other.
