An air filter made of polymethyl methacrylate nanofiber and polyethylene terephthalate non-woven and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer complete antibacterial property and suitable filtration efficiency. A manufacturing method of an air filter made of polymethyl methacrylate nanofiber and polyethylene terephthalate non-woven includes a step for producing the polymethyl methacrylate - nano silver / polyethylene terephthalate nano fiber non-woven fabric by spinning a polymethyl methacrylate - nano silver solution in the polyethylene terephthalate non-woven, and a step for manufacturing the polyethylene terephthalate / polymethyl methacrylate - nano silver / polyethylene terephthalate by laminating the polymethyl methacrylate - nano silver / polyethylene terephthalate nano fiber non-woven with a constant condition.
