A continuous extractor is provided to adjust a ratio of a solute contained in a solvent by controlling time of the solute dipped, and to adjust the amount of the solvent easily and conveniently. A continuous extractor includes an outer tank(100), an inner tank(200), and a transfer screw(300). The inner tank is mounted on an inner side of an outer tank. The transfer screw comprises a rotary shaft(310), a screw vane(320), and a motor(330). A solute containing material inlet part(210) and a remnant outlet part(220) are equipped on ends of the inner tank. The solute containing material inlet part further includes a rotary valve(230) additionally. A solvent inlet part(110) is formed on the top of the outer tank. The continuous extractor further includes a slope control unit(500) and a heating unit(400).
