摘要 A multi-port semiconductor memory device for offering a direct access function in the shared structure of a non-volatile memory and a multi-processor system adopting the same are provided to enable a processor, indirectly connected with the non-volatile memory, to perform the direct access. A plurality of port units(60,61) are respectively connected to processors. A shared memory region(11) is commonly accessed by the processors through the port units and is assigned to a part of a memory cell array. A data path controller(50) controls the data path between the shared memory region and port units so that the data transceiving between the processors can be performed through the shared memory region. An access right information storage unit is located outside the memory cell array, stores information the access right to the non-volatile memory and provides it to the processors.
