An antenna-mounted bluetooth module is provided to perform miniaturization by arranging a top radiator and a bottom radiator on a top part and a bottom part of a substrate. An antenna-mounted bluetooth module(100) includes a substrate(110), a bluetooth chip(120), a plurality of matching devices(130), and a radiator. The bluetooth chip is mounted on the substrate. The radiator is mounted on a top part and a bottom part of the substrate. The radiator includes a top radiator(140) and a bottom radiator. The top radiator is connected to the bluetooth chip. The bottom radiator is connected to the top radiator. The top radiator and the bottom radiator are formed with U shape. The top radiator and the bottom radiator are a planar antenna or an antenna pattern line. A plurality of matching devices is connected to the bluetooth chip and the top radiator.
