A foldable ladder is provided to control the angle or location of a tool holder according to the need of an operator. A foldable ladder comprises a first second, third and fourth body(110,120,130,140). The body is consisting of a pair of support stands(100a) separated each other at regular interval and a step(100b) arranged between the support stands. The bracket includes an angle adjustment unit having a stopper function, located at the end part corresponding to the first and forth body. A tool holder(180) moves a working tool and working material to one side of the support stand to the longitudinal direction in order to contain them.
