PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflective coating which has no cloudiness of a coating film when a polyrotaxane compound is used in order to improve abrasion resistance of a low refractive index layer having a fluorine-containing copolymer and further which has low reflectivity and excellent scratch resistance.

SOLUTION: An optical film includes at least one low refractive index layer on a transparent support, wherein the low refractive index layer is formed of a low refractive index layer forming composition containing (A) the hydrophobic polyrotaxane compound, (B) the fluorine-containing copolymer and an organic solvent.
