PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric module which can have both high durability and high performance and a manufacturing method thereof, and a thermoelectric device using the thermoelectric module.

SOLUTION: A thermoelectric power generation module 10 that converts a temperature difference between pluralities of low temperature-side electrode members 5 and high temperature-side electrode members 1 into electric energy or converts electric energy into a temperature difference is characterized in that the low temperature-side electrode members 5 and/or high temperature-side electrode members 1 are extensible fibrous members having electric conductivity, and the thermoelectric device uses the thermoelectric power generation module 10. Then the thermoelectric power generation module 10 is manufactured by the method including a high temperature-side electrode bonding operation to bond one-surface sides of the plurality of high temperature-side electrode members 1 to one-end sides of a plurality of thermoelectric material chips 2a and 2b and a low temperature-side electrode fixing operation to fix other-end sides of the thermoelectric material chips 2a and 2b to the one-surface sides, through bonding members 4.
