<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve a conventional attachment device to attain embodiment by a simple, low-cost method in design. <P>SOLUTION: This attachment device 20 for a microscope comprises a focusing device and a holding device 38. The holding device has a holding member 32, with at least one lens element 33, 34 being arranged, and a positioning device 21 for positioning the holding member 32 and the at least one lens element 33, 34 arranged at the holding member 32, with respect to an optical observation device 10 and/or the focusing device.
