PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology capable of preventing unnecessary power consumption by determining existence and a position of an occupant in a cabin. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle camera system 1 is provided, which is provided with a power source control device 10 capable of detecting the occupant in the cabin and switching start/stop of the respective devices. The power source control device 10 has a power source control part 11 for determining existence of the occupant in the cabin based on information from a passive sensor 4 and controlling feeding of electric power to a camera and a lighting device; and a task switching part 12 for switching start/stop of a treatment task.
