<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce trouble on registration work while preventing that unauthorized bioinformation is registered. <P>SOLUTION: When an effective registration condition is present in a memory part 6 and when present time reaches a registration permission period, an arithmetic processing part 4 decides whether a password whose input is received by an operation input reception part 7 accords with a registration processing-permitting password stored in the memory part 6 or not. When the two passwords accord, the arithmetic processing part 4 decides that the registration condition is satisfied, and executes registration processing. Accordingly, when satisfying the registration condition set by a registration authorized person, the registration work can be performed by only an unregistered person (a registration target person) except the registration authorized person, so that it is not necessary for the registration authorized person to be present at the registration work like a conventional example, and the trouble on the registration work can be reduced while preventing that the unauthorized bioinformation (template) is registered. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
