RADIO TRANSMITTER AND TRANSMISSION ANTENNA MAPPING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase receiving quality of a layer 1 (first transmission data stream which to be decoded first on the receiving side) compared with that of the other layer (transmission data stream)in an MCW-MIMO radio communication system. SOLUTION: The radio transmitter is provided with a mapping part 13 which associates transmission antenna with transmission data stream. The mapping part 13 associates the transmission data streams with the transmission antennas so that a transmission diversity effect larger than that of other transmission data stream may be obtained with respect to a first transmission data stream to be decoded first on the receiving side.
