A contactless torque sensor for measuring twisting angle and absolute rotational angle is provided to prevent malfunction due to the infiltration of foreign materials which disturb the progressing of the light by measuring twisting angle and absolute rotation angle of two axes using the change of a magnetic field. A contactless torque sensor for measuring twisting angle and absolute rotation angle comprises a first gear(110), two first driven gears(112,114), first magnets(116,118), a first sensor, a second gear, a second driven gear(132), a second magnet, a second sensor, and a control unit. The first sensor and the second sensor output values which are higher than 0 degree and lower than 360 degree. The rotation ratio of two first driven gears is different. The rotation ratio of one among the two first driven gears and the second driven gear is the same as the rotation ratio of the first gear and the second gear. The control unit uses the signal outputted from the first and the second sensors and outputs the absolute rotation angle of the first axis and the second axis and the twisting angle between the first axis and the second axis.
