PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a message display system which efficiently delivers a message and enhances effect by message delivery.

SOLUTION: If a portable terminal declares acquisition of a message stored in an information processor 401 for storing a message in association with attribute information of the message, the portable terminal acquires member information recorded in a member information storage means 154 recorded in the portable terminal, searches the information processor 401 based on the acquired member information, acquires a message associated with the attribute information that the member information belongs to, and displays the acquired message on the portable terminal.
