CONSTRUCTION COST MANAGEMENT DEVICE AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily calculate productivity in a work group in reference to standard productivity.

SOLUTION: A cost ratio r(j, i) of an item of each work in the work group is calculated in each item in reference to the standard productivity. The ratio r(j, i) of each work is multiplied by a necessary amount of each item backed by results, and inputted about the work group, and the productivity of the work, i.e., the necessary amount miof the item of the work is calculated by mi=Ni×r(j, i). Cost of the item i is obtained by Ni×r(i, j)×c'(i), and unit price of a work amount unit of the work j is calculated by Σi(Ni×r(i, j)×c'(i)/Oj) when a work amount of the work j is set as Oj.
