<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide assistant examination of diagnosis by specifying finely a characteristic of each disease, and by identifying a damaged portion of a kidney disease or the like, in order to determine a group composed mainly of glomerulus damages, a group composed mainly of renal tube damages, a group where Bence-Jones protein comes into being, a group of mixed type kidney damages or the like from a densitogram acquired by subjecting a urinary protein to electrophoresis and silver staining. <P>SOLUTION: In this method, discrimination is performed between a glomerulus damage, a renal tube damage, an appearance disease of the Bence-Jones protein, and a mixed type thereof, by algorithm wherein relative mobility (Rm), fraction%, a fraction position or the like are specified finely from a concentration of the urinary protein and the densitogram after the electrophoresis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
