<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-diffusing laminated resin film which has a smooth surface with less irregularity, and to provide a method of manufacturing the film, an antiglare film, an antiglare polarizing plate and to provide an image display device using the light-diffusing laminated resin film. <P>SOLUTION: The light-diffusing laminated resin film 101a has thickness in the range of 30 to 500 μmm and has a resin layer (A) 104a made of a transparent resin, wherein a light-diffusing agent 105a having weight-average particle size in the range of 1 to 20 μm is diffused, and a transparent resin layer (B) 103a laminated on at least one side of the resin layer (A) 104a. The light-diffusing laminated resin film 101a is manufactured by molding a laminated film obtained by co-extruding the resin composition in a state where both sides of the laminated film are in contact with rigid metal rolls.
