<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module capable of suppressing a solar cell from being broken or warped. <P>SOLUTION: In the solar cell module 100, the solar cell 10 has a pair of n-side electrodes 13 adjacently on both sides of a p-side electrode 12 on a reverse surface side of a semiconductor substrate 11. A first wiring material 20a is disposed along an orthogonal direction T, and a second wiring material 20b is disposed along an array direction H.
