<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a plurality of burst data packets from being transferred by a delay ACK algorithm when transferring data in a band guaranteed network by TCP, and to efficiently utilize a guaranteed band while maintaining a high throughput. <P>SOLUTION: In an edge node arranged between a data transmission terminal and a data reception one, there are provided: a flow identification-allocation section for executing the allocation of an ACK packet of a flow to be serviced and the other packets; an ACK number control section for controlling the ACK number of the ACK packet of the flow to be serviced; and an advertisement window size write section for writing a window size calculated so that the data of the flow to be serviced become a band within the guaranteed band to the advertisement window size of the ACK packet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
