PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively exhibit a sufficient brightness with a little bright substance by efficiently concentrately disposing a bright substance with a thickness on the surface of a decorative plate. SOLUTION: The decorative plate 10 is equipped with a core layer 12 and a decorative layer 14 laminated on the core layer 12. The decorative layer 14 is composed of a dried decorative paper 18 impregnated with resin and a bright layer 20 laminated on the outside of the decorative paper 18, and the bright layer 20 is composed of the bright substance dispersed to a formaldehyde based melamine resin.
