PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently install an element having an opening width narrower than a width of two-strip rings, on the two-strip rings arranged in parallel. SOLUTION: The two-strip rings 9 are arranged in parallel, and a part of these two-strip rings 9 is mutually superposed in the thickness direction, and the two-strip rings 9 are held by a clamp 20 so that an arrangement width of the two-strip rings 9 in the superposed part becomes a width or less of an opening part 12 formed between mutual tip parts of a hook part 11, and the element 6 is continuously sent to a partially superposed part of its two-strip rings 9, and the two-strip rings 9 are inserted into the saddle surface 10 side by passing through the opening part 12 of the element 6, and then, its element 6 is sent to a part juxtaposed in parallel of the two-strip rings 9, and the element 6 is installed in a ring 9 in a state of preventing slipping-off by the hook part 11.
