PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black hanger pad facilitating heat seal work in molding, preventing the easy peeling of a heat-seal part and having a high air permeability. SOLUTION: This hanger pad 11 is formed by folding a polyurethane foam sheet into half and closing the ends in the length direction by heat seal, wherein the polyurethane foam is formed from a foaming material containing polyol, polyisocyanate, foaming agent, catalyst, and pigment, 0.05-0.25 pts.wt. of either one or both of dimethylamino ethoxy ethanol and trimethylaminoethyl ethanolamine are used per 100 pts.wt. of polyol as the catalyst, and carbon black is used as the pigment.
